The universe is populated with so many similar companies offering standard soft skills courses that we are very particular in choosing only those topics that are under-represented or where we know we have something special to offer. 

Thus we are running the following, usually in the healing environment of an erstwhile Benedictine Infirmary located in a peaceful corner of West Essex:   
 

Developing the Vision

A small highly supportive workshop to help any manager or leader put some substance to their sense of their desired future.  We know that the incredible power of a clearly articulated vision to motivate, direct and focus  individuals and teams.  It is the best way to get control over daily pressures and proactively create the future.

Working Across Cultures

An opportunity to examine the ways in which different nationalities think and so develop skills in communicating effectively with others.  As international teams and working groups become ever more common, so do misunderstandings and tensions caused by unexamined assumptions and different starting points.
