Government Agency

  Faced with market erosion of key commercial product by international competition and computer technology, and an over stable workforce, our consultants conducted a thorough review of the production, marketing and supply operations.  This included a survey of customer expectations and satisfaction across 100 countries.  They also produced a dynamic model of the skill base and age profile problems.    
  The new performance measures revealed unexpected failures in production and order processing.  Staff surveys and focus groups revealed training needs and recruitment strategy changes.  A new Customer Focused ethos was introduced and major productivity gains made.
  

NATO Agency

  We have provided a series of management training courses for this agency over the past ten years.  As a result they have been able to survive a harsh financial climate following the end of the Cold War and have even increased their share of the work available.    
  As a direct result of one of our Leadership and Communications Skills courses junior managers were sufficiently empowered to take initiatives resulting in a saving of $2.5 million in one year on one  project .
  

Major National Charity

  This organisation needed to improve upward communication in its delivery chain.  A series of Focus Groups was run to discover the real perspective of key Delivery Partners.  The resulting picture gave an early warning of potential loss of Partners despite their intrinsic enthusiasm for the service aims.  Actions recommended will enable the charity to reinforce these relationships and build its Brand to serve its client base even better in its second decade.
  

Group of Local Radio Stations

  A major group of local commercial radio stations had achieved significant success on the enthusiasm and innate skill of its station staff.  The Group commissioned us to provide residential management training for its Managing Directors.  The theoretical basis that they gained has enabled them to manage the continued growth of their stations as well as absorb further acquisitions effectively. 
  

Language Tuition Clients

  Many Managing Directors, Marketing Managers and export sales people have been trained in relevant foreign languages.  Some of them have developed from negligible language skills to being sufficiently fluent to run meetings in their second language – and in one case to manage an English-German joint venture.  
 Others have acquired language skills as part of a continuous learning programme within their companies.
